Made to order: Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured fresh for you in Bicknell, Indiana. Please allow 3–5 days before your order ships or is ready for pickup so it can fully cure. Good things take a minute.

Shipping: We ship within the US with USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order weight. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

Free local pickup: Local to Bicknell, IN? Choose local pickup at checkout. It's free. We'll email you when it's ready (usually 3–5 days).

Damaged in transit: Email hello@nestleandflame.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Heat warning: Wax doesn't love hot trucks. In hot weather, bring your package inside promptly.
